Who this page is about
About the master who opens a BANYA MASTERS workspace. The guest data a master keeps here is the master’s own to handle – there is no separate document about it yet.
What master data we process
Account data: the email address and what is needed to sign in, including the second factor.
Profile data the master fills in: name, brand, city, time zone, phone, reply address for guests, payment method and currency. Some of it goes into letters to his guests – the profile says so next to each field.
Usage data: how many bookings were created – this is what the plan is counted by.
The master’s guest data
Guests and steam session cards are entered by the master. We store them, but he decides what happens to them: we do not use them for our own purposes and we pass them to no one.
A steam session card may contain health information about a guest. The law treats that as a special category; the master collects it from his guest and we store it. Who is responsible for what belongs in the agreement a lawyer is preparing.
Analytics
The site counts visits with a counter that sets no cookies and collects no personal data.
