What this service is

BANYA MASTERS is a workspace for a banya master: bookings, guests, steam session cards, money and letters to guests. It is used by the master who runs the sessions.

The service works by subscription. The first 14 days are free and no card is asked for at sign-up.

Whose data lives in the workspace

Guests, their contacts and steam session cards are entered by the master. Those records are his: he decides what is in them and who needs them.

We store them on our server so that the workspace works, and we do not use them ourselves: we do not sell data, show ads or pass anything to third parties.

Masters never see each other’s guests. A steam session card is visible only to the master who wrote it.

Where the data is kept

The server is located in the European Union.

If you work with guests from Russia, their data is subject to local storage rules. How those rules apply to renting this workspace is for a lawyer to describe – until that text exists we do not state it here.

What is not here yet

Full terms: deadlines, liability, refunds and termination. A lawyer is preparing them, and until then this page does not replace them.

A one-click export of your own data: the workspace does not have it yet. When it appears, we will say so here.

A separate agreement covering that we store your guests’ data on your instructions. It is being prepared too.
